Play Three Legendary Courses at Geneva National
Know before you go
Geneva National is the perfect golf vacation spot for buddies, couples, and families. Located only 45 minutes from Milwaukee International Airport and 75 minutes from Chicago O’Hare, guests can experience the tranquility of the Wisconsin countryside and the convenience of easy travel from anywhere in the United States.
The Geneva National Resort sits along the shores of scenic Lake Como and features 54 Holes of Championship Level golf, 4-Star Luxury Accommodations, six award-winning dining options, and a new Himalayan-Style Putting course that is the largest in the state of Wisconsin. The Ridge Hotel is also part of Geneva National’s property and features 146 newly renovated hotel rooms, a poolside Deck Bar with a fire feature, and Vegas Style Cabanas overlooking Wisconsin’s only outdoor saltwater pool.
The Courses at Geneva National
Destination Geneva National has three 18-Hole Championship Courses, each with its own distinct layout. The Palmer Course is considered one of the top 10 ranked golf courses in Wisconsin. The course winds through the rolling woods of Geneva National and finishes along Lake Como. Arnold Palmer himself called the Signature 17th hole one of his favorites, placing it as #11 in his personal “Dream 18” in the eastern United States.
The Player Course is known for its exciting, risk-reward stretch of holes on the back nine that includes a dramatic, downhill par 3, 13th hole that features the best view of Lake Como in the area. The course is perfect Ryder Cup Style golf groups with three par 5’s and three par 3’s on the back nine.
The Trevino Course is a parkland style golf course that plays to Lee Trevino’s signature left to right fade off most Par 4 and Par 5 tee boxes. The course is Geneva National’s most tree-lined course and is great for seasoned golfers and beginner golfers alike. Trevino has signed his name to only a handful of courses, and this is one to experience.
The Dance Floor
The Dance Floor putting course is Geneva National’s latest entertainment playground. The largest putting green in Wisconsin is situated across 40,000 square feet and has pronounced Himalayan-style mounding like the greens at St Andrews in Scotland. Outside of the up to 27 holes of illuminated putt-putt course on grass, the Dance Floor also has surround sound music, a cocktail bar, bocce ball, and firepits overlooking the Palmer 18th putting green.
Dining Options
Geneva National and the Ridge Hotel offer 6 different dining options for guests to enjoy during their stay. The resort dining experience is highlighted by The Hunt Club Steakhouse, Turf Smokehouse, and Crafted Italia.
The Hunt Club Steakhouse is regarded as the best Steakhouse in Southeastern Wisconsin with an award-winning wine list that has been featured in Wine Spectator for 14 years running.
Turf Smokehouse overlooks the Palmer and Player Courses and offers an array of Tex-Mex inspired entrees, while smoking their own meats in-house. Make sure to check out their selection of high-end Tequilas and Mezcals!
Crafted Italia is located inside of the Ridge Hotel and serves a mouth-watering Italian menu with pasta, pizzettes, and weekly specials. The restaurant offers expansive views of Lake Como and each Friday and Saturday a live band serenades dinner guests from 7 PM to 10 PM.

Geneva National and the Ridge Hotel are Lake Geneva’s best lodging options for golfers and only one of two 4-Star properties in the area.
