Golf Courses at Boyne

Boyne’s Magnificent Ten are split across three distinct resorts; Bay Harbour, Boyne Mountain, and The Highlands. Each offers its own unique character and style. From lakefront luxury to pine forest retreats, there is a wealth of variety to experience at this diverse destination.

Bay Harbor Links

Bay Harbor

Home to three 9-hole courses, The Links, The Preserve, and The Quarry, which combine to create 3 spectacular routing options.

Experience dramatic lakefront views with rugged quarry landscapes and hardwood forests, all finished to an exceptional standard.

Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, the Inn at Bay Harbor provides luxurious lodging with tranquil views of clear blue waters.

Crooked Tree Golf Club Michigan

Crooked Tree

Weaving through ancient hardwood forests and the natural bluffs of Lake Michigan’s Little Traverse Bay, Crooked Tree complements the 27 holes of Bay Harbor to create an exceptional 4-track golf trip.

Noted for its challenging, undulating greens and stunning vistas of the Lake, the course sits adjacent to beautiful lakeshore cottages, available to enjoy as an ideal stay-and-play package. Nearby Petoskey provides ample dining options and evening entertainment.

Boyne Highlands Ross Course

The Highlands

Boasting 4 exceptional courses, the Highlands is Boyne’s most extensive golf offering. The Heather, Donald Ross Memorial, Arthur Hills, and The Moor combine to create exceptional variety and quality.

While the Robert Trent Jones Heather may take the headlines, the Donald Ross Memorial is perhaps the most intriguing of these 4 exceptional courses. Serving as somewhat of a tribute to the great architect’s most famous holes.

With a range of accommodations on offer, from private homes ideal for groups to the main lodge, crafted in the style of a British country estate, the Highlands has options to suit all.

Boyne Mountain Alpine

Boyne Mountain

Meandering down from the mountain peak to the lakeshore, the two courses at Boyne Mountain provide panoramic views and spectacular scenery, with golf befitting the setting.

Both layouts provide a challenging but playable design, ensuring golfers of all standards enjoy their rounds.

Accommodations at Boyne Mountain range from elegant chalets to Alpine-themed lodges, providing a true retreat experience.

Facilities at Boyne Golf

Across the three resorts, there are ample facilities and activities on offer, in addition to the spectacular golf. With Lake Michigan’s shoreline an open invitation, guests can enjoy the beaches and crystal clear waters during the sunny summer months. Experience boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing out on Lake Michigan, or the freshwater rivers scattered across the region.

The Inn at Bay Harbor’s Autograph Collection Spa offers an extensive range of treatments, the perfect way to relax and recharge after a day on the course.

For the more adventurous, experience ‘SkyBridge’, the longest timber-towered suspension bridge in the world. Try ziplining through the pine forest, or the Avalanche Bay indoor waterpark. Guests can also enjoy horseback riding and mountain biking around the vast natural landscapes.
