Pebble Beach Golf Links

Where land and sea meet best in American golf. With holes 4 through 10, plus the 17th and 18th perched directly above the Pacific ocean, you are guaranteed to enjoy the round of a lifetime at Pebble Beach Golf Links.

Host of the US Open six times, as well the PGA Championship, the annual AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and the 2023 US Women’s Open, you can see why this is the most famous golf course on the resort and rated number 1 for public golf in the country.

“Pebble is a piece of sacred ground. They say it’s the greatest meeting of land and water in the world. This course was heaven designed—just the way it fits on the land.” – Johnny Miller

Spyglass Hill Golf Course

Spyglass Hill Golf Course

This incredible 18 hole Links golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr has been known to be one of the toughest tests of golf on the Peninsula. With a par-72 and 6,953 yards of fantastic terrain, golfer’s can play the first 5 holes along the coastal dunes surrounded by nothing but natural beauty and breath-taking views. Spyglass Hill is exposed to the breezy coastline, making finding the narrow green an excellent challenge for everyone playing.

From seeing the Pacific as you come through to the first 5 holes, as soon as you hit the 7th the course transforms into the Del Monte Forest, with large tiered greens, pine tree lined fairways and man made ponds. Continuously rated highly in the Golf Digest’s top US courses and an annual co-host to AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, Spyglass Hill is definitely a course to add to your list when vacating at Pebble Beach resorts.

Links at Spanish Bay

The Links at Spanish Bay

With some of the most spectacular seaside views in Pebble Beach, The Links at Spanish Bay was the first true links course built in the US in many decades. It sits amongst the seeping sand dunes along the peninsula’s 17-Mile Drive.

This par-72 course is famous for its spectacular coastal views that briefly wraps around the towering Monterey Pines before finishing along the white sand Beach along the coast. Another course that ranked amongst the best public courses in the state and the country, as well as each year hosting the pros during the TaylorMade Pebble Beach Invitational.

If you’re lucky enough to be on the course as the sun sets, be sure to listen out for The Spanish Bay Bagpiper, who puts the course to bed every day with the most incredible tunes that echo around the wind-swept coast.

Del Monte Golf Course

Del Monte Golf Course

The oldest golf course in continuous operation in the West, the Del Monte Golf Course has played a huge part in popularizing the game since its inception in 1897. With 6,357 yards of golf for a par-72, this hidden gem at Pebble Beach Resort features exceptional year round conditions with challenging par-3’s and immaculate greens. It’s very easy to see why professional Peter Hay settled as Head Professional here.

WOW… what a spectacular and unforgettable trip we had. Everything was perfect, including the weather. My son was amazed the entire time we were there and he golfed exceptionally well at Pebble. We loved, “The Hay” as well. I can only dream of bringing him back as soon as I can. I’m already thinking of returning to Pebble, Spy Glass, and Spanish Bay. Thank you for all your help with the planning.

Problem with the scheduling

The courses , facilities and golf employees were outstanding! Unfortunately there was a scheduling mistake by Peeble beach staff and I was unable to play Spyglass. I would call Peeble beach and verify your tee times and dates. Regardless I really enjoyed my stay.
